Please complete the following processes to assist us in reducing safety risks, especially in the event of emergencies.

1. Visitor Information Registration. Kindly complete the visitor registration form for your visit to FKTM C in B1 Zone today. Please click here.
2. Familiarize yourself with the appointed incident commanders in B1 Zone. If you are the first to detect emergency incidents such as fires or accidents in B1 Zone, please report to the incident commander in B1 Zone, Dr Nik Azhar (011-65152468) from Faculty of Chemical Engineering & Technology (FKTK). 
3. In case you are unable to contact both incident commanders and the assistant incident officer in B1 Zone, you can also contact the manager of the Safety, Environment, and Occupational Health Committee (JPKPKP), FKTM, Ts. 4. When inside a building, always be aware of the nearest exit doors and emergency routes to your room or laboratory.
5. Understand the rules if you are visiting a laboratory, workshop, or hazardous area. Please wear personal protective equipment (PPE) if required by the involved parties.
6. If you hear the emergency alarm bell or are instructed to evacuate the building, YOU MUST IMMEDIATELY leave your workplace or wherever you are to EXIT THE BUILDING. The following are the building evacuation procedures in B1 Zone:-

1. Stop working.
2. Stop all machines (if involved in machine operations).
3. Close gas valves and electrical equipment (if involved).
4. Close all doors.
5. Exit through safe and nearest routes.
6. DO NOT use elevators.
7. DO NOT run or push each other.
8. DO NOT intentionally create noise.
9. DO NOT panic.
10. DO NOT re-enter the building.
11. Cooperate and follow the instructions of incident officers.
12. Gather at the designated assembly point.
